04 Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, FX4 Talent may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, contact the user or creator responsible for it, preserve relevant records, and take other action we consider appropriate under applicable law.
05 Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@fx4talent.com. A counter-notice should satisfy the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction.
06 Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, FX4 Talent may suspend or terminate access for creators, users, contractors, or partners who repeatedly infringe copyrights or otherwise violate this policy.
07 Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in liability under applicable law. Please consider whether fair use, licensing, or another legal exception applies before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
08 No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational and operational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney if you have questions about your rights, obligations, or the requirements of a DMCA notice or counter-notice.
